Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

The estimated budget for this contract can be based on the labor costs for the required personnel and the equipment costs for the destruction center. Assuming an average labor cost of $50 per hour for the Material Coordinator and $30 per hour for the Material Handling Laborers, and assuming a 40-hour workweek, the estimated annual labor cost would be around $250,000. Additionally, the cost of equipment maintenance, fuel, and other expenses should be considered. Therefore, the estimated budget for this contract could be in the range of $500,000 to $1,500,000 per year, depending on the specific requirements and the contractor's pricing.
