Event Management Services Port of Eagle Pass Trade Summit

The City of Eagle Pass is seeking a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive Event Management Services for the Port of Eagle Pass Trade Summit. The consultant will be responsible for enhancing the overall quality and execution of the Trade Summit, expanding sponsorship development and revenue opportunities, strengthening regional and national event positioning, improving attendee, speaker, and stakeholder experience, supporting marketing, branding, and outreach initiatives, and delivering professional event coordination and logistical management services. The selected consultant will work collaboratively with City staff, elected officials, sponsors, partner agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to develop and implement a high-quality event that reflects the City's strategic vision and economic development objectives. • The consultant will provide services in a professional, organized, fiscally responsible, and implementation-oriented manner consistent with the City's objectives and expectations for a high-quality regional and international event. • The consultant will provide comprehensive Event Management Services, including strategic planning, event management, sponsorship development, vendor and logistics coordination, marketing, branding, and communications support, registration and attendee experience, and speaker, VIP, and program coordination. • The consultant will work closely with the City to ensure transparency, accountability, professionalism, and regulatory compliance throughout the duration of the agreement. • The consultant will provide all professional services, labor, coordination, planning, management, supervision, and related support necessary to successfully plan, organize, coordinate, and execute the Trade Summit.
