Golf Cart Rental - Missouri State Fair

The Missouri State Fair is seeking a vendor to provide golf cart rental services for the annual fair. The contractor will be required to provide a minimum of 136 golf carts, including 2-seat, 4-seat, and 6-seat carts, as well as load-bed carts and a beverage cart. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing the golf carts, and providing personnel to oversee the rental process. The contract period will be from May 6, 2026, to May 5, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. • The contractor must have at least five years of experience in providing golf cart rentals for events of similar magnitude. • The contractor must provide a leadership team and working team to administer and perform the contract requirements. • The contractor must ensure that all golf carts are in good working condition and provide replacement carts within 24 hours of notification. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment and business registration.
