The Montana Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance services for the Lyons Creek truck‑parking rest area in the Great Falls Division. The scope includes routine janitorial cleaning, minor repairs, graffiti removal, landscaping (mowing, trimming, pruning), waste handling, pressure‑washing, and limited snow/ice removal on pedestrian walkways, as well as record‑keeping and on‑call support. Service periods are split into two seasonal blocks – daily service from May 1 to September 30 and three‑times‑weekly service from October 1 to April 30 – with a total contract term extending through July 31 2027 and possible extensions up to a seven‑year maximum.
