Pullen Park Café Operation

The City of Raleigh is seeking a partner to operate the café space at Pullen Park Amusements. The café includes a 1,988 square foot building with nearly 70 feet of frontage, accompanied by an adjacent 1,950 square foot outdoor seating area. The Operator will be the exclusive “brick and mortar” provider of food and beverage in the park, including beer and wine. All food concept proposals are welcome! Key aspects of the job include: * Hiring personnel to conduct daily operations * Maintaining a family- and child-friendly environment * Complying with federal, state, and local laws related to employment and food service * Serving quality food and drinks at competitive prices * Participating in park events, such as Holiday Express * Maintaining the restrooms during operating hours * Restoring the building and licensed space to its original condition upon termination of the agreement.
