The City of Marlborough is seeking qualified general contractors to replace the seating in the Marlborough High School field house. The scope includes demolition of existing seats, installation of new telescoping and portable seating systems, associated electrical work, and related improvements. The project is budgeted at approximately $500,000 and work is planned for the 2027 summer school break. Bids must be submitted electronically via Projectdoc.com by November 12, 2026. Contractors must hold a DCAMM General Building Construction certification and provide the required bonds and deposits. An optional pre‑bid site visit is scheduled for October 28, 2026.
