Life and Health Insurance Services for Locally Employed Staff at U.S. Embassy Kingston, Jamaica

The U.S. Department of State is seeking proposals for life and health insurance services for locally employed staff at the U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica. The contractor will be required to provide comprehensive health insurance services, including claims processing, provider network access, and pharmacy benefit management. The contract will have a base year and four one-year option periods, with a total period of performance of 5 years. The contractor must maintain an operational presence in Jamaica and demonstrate the ability to provide health insurance coverage to persons in Jamaica. The proposal should include a technical proposal, a pricing proposal, and other required documentation. • The contractor must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in providing health insurance services. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed the required minimum benefit levels. • The contractor must have a satisfactory performance record and a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. • The contractor must have the necessary organization, experience, accounting and operational controls, and technical skills to perform the contract. • The contractor must have the necessary production, construction, and technical equipment and facilities to perform the contract.
