The Bullock Creek School District is seeking sealed‑bid proposals from qualified contractors to execute the 2027 Improvements under Bond Series 2. The work will be divided into multiple trade divisions (concrete, masonry, metals, general trades, roofing, glazing, drywall, flooring, painting, metal lockers, plumbing & HVAC, electrical, site work). Separate prime contractors will be awarded each division, with overall project oversight by Wolgast Corporation.
