Atherton Community Schools is seeking qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the construction and renovation of multiple school facilities under its 2025 bond program. The work includes new athletic facilities, extensive building renovations, HVAC and electrical upgrades, roof replacements, site grading, paving, landscaping, and various specialty construction tasks across three campus locations in Burton, Michigan. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the Roncelli Plan Room, with a non‑mandatory pre‑bid site visit offered.
