DCT DOC/ Procurement analysis and recommendations

The Minnesota Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) and the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) are seeking information about services to identify cost-saving opportunities in defined procurement spending categories. The goal is to minimize the amount of time their own staff would need to devote to the cost-savings analysis. The services may include analysis of agency spending, procurement processes, spend intelligence, contract utilization, cost control and recovery, and review of invoicing. The categories of spending and cost savings analysis may include utilities, telecommunications, technology, and waste management. • The RFI is not a request for proposal (RFP) and does not obligate DCT or DOC to issue an RFP or award a contract. • Responders are asked to provide answers to questions about their services, including the types of services provided, spending categories, role of staff and software, and fee structure. • Responders may be asked to provide additional information or in-person demonstrations. • All responses to the RFI are public, unless marked as trade secret or confidential.
