COTTONWOOD AVENUE PONDING MITIGATION AND SIM STREET IMPROVEMENT

Clark County is seeking qualified firms to perform roadway improvements on Sim Street (Marley Way to Warm Springs Road) and ponding mitigation on the south side of Cottonwood Avenue (Swapp Drive to Heyer Street). The scope includes removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, installation of signage and traffic signs, and associated appurtenances within the existing right‑of‑way. Ponding mitigation requires re‑grading of an existing swale and replacement of storm‑drain pipe on residential driveways with 4‑ft × 2‑ft reinforced concrete box culverts. Bids must be submitted electronically by the closing date, and a pre‑bid WebEx meeting is scheduled for 10/20/2026.
