RFP 009-2027 Skate and Pro Shop Concessionaire

The City of Springfield, in partnership with the Springfield‑Greene County Park Board, is seeking a qualified firm to operate the Brightspeed Ice Park Pro Shop on a year‑round basis. The concessionaire will manage retail sales of skating equipment, apparel, and food items, and will be responsible for all staffing, inventory, and day‑to‑day operations while adhering to revenue and expense reporting requirements outlined in the addenda. This opportunity includes a mandatory pre‑proposal conference and site visit, after which bidders must submit their proposals by the stated deadline.
