RESTAURANT OPERATION AT PINON HILLS GOLF COURSE

The City of Farmington is seeking a qualified vendor to operate a full-service restaurant, including alcoholic beverage sales, at the Pinon Hills Golf Course. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing daily food and beverage offerings, as well as services during tournaments and other group events. The City will provide signage, display lighting, sound system, cutlery, cookware, table settings, and linen. The vendor must have prior experience in owning and/or operating a full-service restaurant food and beverage concession. The vendor must also demonstrate the ability to obtain any and all licenses required from the New Mexico Alcohol and Gaming Commission, Liquor Control Board. • The restaurant must be open seven days a week, with hours of operation to be determined by the vendor. • The vendor must provide a variety of quality prepared hot and cold food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. • The vendor must maintain the premises in a safe, clean, orderly, and inviting condition at all times. • The vendor must provide services for special events held at the Golf Course. • The vendor must have a good reputation for reliability, honesty, and integrity. • The vendor must not have been convicted of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude in the last ten years.
