The OSU‑Tulsa AV Refresh Project is a campus‑wide upgrade of audio‑visual equipment for three designated rooms (153, 157, and the atrium) at the Helmerich Research Center. The university will retain existing amplifiers, speakers, and the projector in room 157; all other AV hardware—including projectors, cameras, cabling, control receivers, mounts, power supplies, and related accessories—must be supplied, shipped FOB Destination to OSU‑Tulsa, and installed by the vendor. Bids must be submitted by June 24 2026, and the vendor must certify that it is an OEM‑authorized channel partner for each brand represented. No substitutions are permitted, and the evaluation will be based on the “Lowest and Best” price. The project must be completed by August 16 2026 (or, if necessary, by January 13 2027).

• Evaluation is purely price‑based (“Lowest and Best”); vendor must submit a firm price covering packaging, handling, shipping, and delivery.
