Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate without knowing the specific costs associated with hosting the conference. However, based on the requirements, it is likely that the budget will be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000, considering the costs of venue rental, audio-visual equipment, catering, and lodging for approximately 100-125 attendees for two events. The actual budget will depend on the proposals submitted by responders and the evaluation process. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the location of the venue, the quality of the audio-visual equipment, and the costs associated with catering and lodging.
