The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified consulting firm to assist in implementing its Economic Development Marketing Strategic Plan through the creation and execution of a comprehensive multimedia and multimodal communications and marketing campaign. The selected consultant will be expected to provide services including campaign strategy development, campaign implementation, and study session presentations. The contract will be for a term of one year with four one-year renewal options. The City is looking for a firm with a minimum of 5 years' experience in providing marketing services similar to those included in this RFP. Some key objectives of the project include elevating awareness of Commerce City's competitive advantage and business opportunity, shifting perception of the City's business and economic climate, generating commercial development and business attraction opportunities, and implementing the City's existing Economic Development Marketing Strategy. • The City prefers for the Respondent to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience providing marketing services similar to those included in this RFP. • The City must retain ownership of all materials created as a result of this contract. • Joint submittals and partnerships with subcontractors are encouraged to ensure the ability to provide all services requested in this scope. • The successful consultant must have the ability to capture high-quality dynamic multi-season videography and photography that tells the story of the Commerce City culture and business opportunity. • The consultant must create a comprehensive, tactical, multimedia and multimodal communications and marketing campaign strategy that achieves the primary objectives outlined above.
