Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to supply BadgePass Halo equipment and software under a Quick Quote solicitation. Only the specified BadgePass Halo solution is acceptable; no substitutes are permitted. The contract is limited to a not‑to‑exceed ceiling of $25,000 (including any renewals) and may be renewed annually for up to five years. Vendors must be registered in Alabama Buys, be in good standing with Alabama tax authorities, have E‑Verify enrollment, and, if out‑of‑state, be registered with the Alabama Secretary of State. Submissions are electronic, and the State will conduct price‑realism analysis and may renegotiate or terminate if appropriated funds are pruned.
