Budget estimate

$250,000 – $1,000,000

Given the nature of the contract, which involves providing substance use testing services, the budget is likely to be based on the number of tests conducted and the associated costs. However, without specific pricing information, it's challenging to provide an exact estimate. Assuming an average cost per test of $50-$100, and considering the contract duration of 5 years, the total budget could range from $250,000 to $1,000,000 or more, depending on the volume of tests and the actual pricing.
