College Football Playoff (CFP) Team and Game Management Services

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive team and game management, as well as event production services, for the College Football Playoff (CFP) National Championship scheduled for January 25, 2027, at Allegiant Stadium. The successful proposer will serve as the primary liaison between the LVCVA, CFP officials, participating teams, venue management, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless and successful execution of all event-related activities. Key responsibilities include event planning and coordination, technical and audiovisual management, safety and security, branding and sponsorship activation, and fan experience and engagement. • Event production services, including venue setup and teardown, logistics management, and coordination with third-party vendors • Team and game management services, including team logistics, game-day operations, and staffing and supervision • Reporting and communication, including regular updates and stakeholder coordination • Compliance with all safety, legal, and contractual obligations
