2025 Insurance Agency of Record RPF

The High Desert Education Service District is seeking a qualified insurance agency to serve as the Agent of Record for insurance services, including property and casualty coverage, worker's compensation, and cybersecurity. The selected agency will have the authority to obtain competitive quotes from reputable insurance carriers and provide extensive services and support. The agency must be licensed to provide insurance services in the State of Oregon, have experience with public sector accounts of similar size and scope, and demonstrate the ability to meet the scope of work and service required. • The agency must provide a cover letter, proof of licensure, and a profile of the agency, including experience with public sector accounts. • The agency must also provide the name, title, and qualifications of proposed brokers and key personnel, as well as a description of the proposed fee structure and plan for service delivery and support. • The agency must demonstrate the ability to provide routine and emergent consultation, analysis of risk exposure, and assistance with claims and risk management. • The agency must also provide client references and demonstrate experience with similarly sized entities.
