Wrangell Water Treatment Plant

The City and Borough of Wrangell is seeking a single‑prime contractor to design‑build a new 2.26 MGD water‑treatment plant building and execute extensive modifications to the existing plant. The scope includes converting slow‑sand filters to a chlorine contact chamber, converting roughing filters to a back‑wash equalization basin, demolishing the existing ozonation system, repurposing the administration building, and installing a new multimedia and dissolved‑air‑flotation (DAF) system.
