Interpretive Signage & Exhibits

The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide Interpretive Signage and Exhibits for visitor center facilities and state parks within the Kansas State Park system. The project includes the design, fabrication, and installation of interior and exterior interpretive exhibits, wayfinding signage, and interactive elements. The contract will be for a period of approximately 60 months, from the date of award through November 30, 2031. The successful bidder will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including pricing, design concepts, and a project schedule. • The project includes interior interpretive exhibits, exterior wayfinding signage, and interactive elements. • The contract will be for a period of approximately 60 months. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including pricing, design concepts, and a project schedule. • The bidder must comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including those related to immigration, sexual harassment, and boycotts. • The bidder must provide a certification of company not currently engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel. • The bidder must comply with the Kansas Act Against Discrimination and the Kansas Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
