Foreclosure Attorney

The City of New Haven is seeking the services of up to eight qualified attorneys and law firms to represent the Tax Collector in tax foreclosures. The selected firms will be responsible for providing legal services, including litigation, title searches, and case management. The City is looking for firms with experience in tax foreclosure litigation and a proven track record of success. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to three additional years.
