Pathways – LifeHouse Program

The Department of Social Services is seeking to establish a single feasible source contract with Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri to provide a LifeHouse Program. This program aims to promote and facilitate adoptions, maternity homes, material support, and other assistance to individuals facing an unintended pregnancy. The contract period is from the effective date through June 30, 2026, with two one-year renewal options. The program is required by House Bill 11.287 and is considered a proprietary requirement under RSMo 34.044.
