Drone Show Services

The U.S. Embassy Bangkok is seeking a contractor to provide drone show services for the U.S. Embassy Freedom 250 Event, which will be held on June 25, 2026. The contractor will be required to provide a highly visible and creative drone show that demonstrates the key message of Freedom 250, celebrating 250 years of American independence. The drone show must be visible from the outside terrace of the grand ballroom on the 4th floor of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Wireless Road overlooking Lumpini Park, Pathumwan, Bangkok. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the show, including creative design, securing permits and permissions, and providing all necessary drones and equipment. The contractor must also provide a full animated preview of the show by June 1, 2026, and a preview show for final approval by June 12, 2026. Some of the key services that the contractor will be required to provide include: • Securing all permits/registration/permissions and show evidence before June 1, 2026 • Obtaining any necessary insurance, including liability insurance and DBA insurance • Providing creative services and show design with input from the customer • Securing a proper launch area • Coordinating event preparation and management • Providing adequate back up drones and communications networks • Ensuring pre-show testing and rehearsal • Managing clean-up or disassembly after the event The Government will evaluate offers based on the lowest price, and the contractor must submit a completed solicitation, including Sections 1, Section 5, and additional documents required in Section 3.
