Enterprise Third Party Risk Management

The University of Notre Dame seeks a comprehensive enterprise‑wide third‑party risk monitoring solution, including continuous data collection, analytics, and related professional services. The contract will run for an initial three‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions, and the solution must cover a wide array of risk categories (financial, operational, regulatory, ESG, cybersecurity, etc.), provide real‑time alerts, support multi‑tier vendor mapping, and integrate with existing systems such as Okta and ServiceNow. Vendor must also deliver implementation, training, and 24/7 support. • Provide continuous monitoring of third‑party risk across financial, operational, regulatory, ESG, cyber, geopolitical, and environmental domains. • Deliver real‑time risk‑event detection, configurable scoring, tiering, and automated alerting workflows. • Offer a supplier‑portal for data submission, multi‑tier mapping, and integration via APIs, plus support for SSO (Okta) and ITSM (ServiceNow). • Include implementation services, training, and ongoing 24/7 technical support. • Contract term: 3 years firm pricing, with two optional one‑year extensions upon mutual agreement.
