The City of Cincinnati is issuing an RFI to gather information from vendors and contractors that can support a suite of energy‑saving technologies, including battery energy storage systems, virtual power plants, geothermal district heating/cooling, and related electric‑vehicle integration. Respondents must submit a 3‑5‑page statement of qualifications, describe their recommended approaches and methodologies, and may optionally provide a high‑level project pipeline spreadsheet. The solicitation is for market research only; no contract award or payment terms are disclosed at this stage.
• Scope includes design, installation, integration, operation, and feasibility analysis for BESS, VPP, and geo‑exchange district systems.
