This solicitation seeks a single awardee to provide comprehensive Emergency Medical Support and Evacuation (MedEvac) services for NASA personnel, including pre‑paid membership coverage, air‑ambulance transport, and coordination with NASA flight surgeons for missions such as Soyuz landings. The contractor must be capable of rapid response (aircraft ready within ~6 hours of call‑up), manage international clearances, and maintain accredited medical transport standards (CAMTS, NAAMTA Global, or EURAMI). The contract is fixed‑price, “all‑or‑none,” and will cover both NASA‑designated traveler groups and independent travelers who enroll directly. • Provide fixed‑price, pre‑paid MedEvac membership for NASA traveler groups and independent travelers. • Deliver air‑ambulance evacuation services worldwide, including backup transport for Soyuz landings. • Maintain required medical transport accreditations and a Russian‑speaking escort for Baikonur missions. • Handle all authorizations, permits, visas, and coordination with host‑country authorities. • Integrate NASA flight surgeons/physicians into the medical crew workflow. • Supply Portable Medical Isolation Units (PMIU) as optional coverage. • Submit a single, all‑or‑none proposal; partial quotes will be rejected. • No extensions to the offer receipt date; award will be made without discussions.
