The City of North Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking qualified production and audiovisual (AV) companies to provide professional services for events held at the North Little Rock Event Center. The city is looking to establish a list of preferred production partners who can deliver safe, high-quality, and technically proficient services for various events, including conferences, banquets, performances, and community gatherings. **Key Requirements:** 1. Companies must provide a qualification statement that includes their history, experience, staff capacity, and qualifications. 2. Companies must demonstrate their ability to provide a range of services, including audio and sound reinforcement, lighting design and operation, video projection and recording, stage and scenic design, rigging and truss installation, power distribution, and technical direction. 3. Companies must provide proof of insurance, including general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and umbrella or excess liability. 4. Companies must provide references and demonstrate their safety practices and rigging qualifications. **Evaluation Criteria:** 1. Relevant experience and technical expertise 2. Demonstrated safety practices and rigging qualifications 3. Quality of references and past performance 4. Completeness and professionalism of submission 5. Compliance with insurance and certification requirements **Selection Process:** 1. Selected firms will be placed on an approved Preferred Production Vendor List for the North Little Rock Event Center. 2. Firms on the list may be invited to provide quotes for specific events as needed. 3. Inclusion on the list does not guarantee a contract award, but establishes prequalification for future opportunities. **Submission Instructions:** 1. Qualification responses must be received by April 30, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. 2. Responses must be submitted in triplicate and must include all required information and documentation. 3. Late responses will not be considered. **Contract Period:** 1. The contract period will be for one year from the date of award. 2. The city reserves the right to extend the contract period or to issue a new request for qualifications in the future. **Reservation of Rights:** 1. The city reserves the right to cancel or modify the solicitation process at any time. 2. The city reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. 3. The city is not obligated to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a proposal.
