Aircraft Broker Services

New Mexico State University is seeking an exclusive aircraft broker to market and sell an aircraft (currently airworthy, with routine maintenance scheduled for April and May 2026). The broker will receive an industry‑standard percentage commission on the final sale price, must absorb all marketing and transaction expenses, and will be responsible for handling escrow, buyer negotiations, and reporting. The university will provide a maintenance status spreadsheet and limited documentation; all approvals must come from the Board of Regents and the State Auditor. The broker must submit a responsive proposal by May 7, 2026, and must acknowledge receipt of Addendum 2. • Exclusive right to represent the aircraft, with sale price floor of $250,000. • Commission‑based compensation; no reimbursement for marketing, photography, ferry, or other expenses. • Required monthly reporting and coordination with a single NMSU point of contact. • Sale must be approved by Board of Regents and State Auditor; escrow and closing logistics are at the broker’s discretion.
