Architect & Engineer (A/E) Services - Santa Fe Regional Airport Rental Car Parking & Facilities & East Parking Lot Expansion

The City of Santa Fe is seeking a principal consultant to provide Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services and Incidental, Planning, and Special Services for the Santa Fe Regional Airport Rental Car Parking & Facilities & East Parking Lot Expansion project. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing A/E services, including design, planning, and construction administration. The project aims to expand parking, increase parking capacity, and enhance shuttle waiting areas to accommodate rising traffic and improve the overall traveler experience. • The consultant will be required to provide a technical proposal, including organizational experience, organizational references, and mandatory specifications. • The consultant will be evaluated based on their technical proposal, oral presentation, and financial stability. • The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in the RFP. • The contract term is expected to be 180 days. • The City of Santa Fe reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the selected consultant.
