Shelby County is seeking an overflow printing provider to supplement its existing print capacity across dozens of county departments. The contract covers a massive array of printed collateral—including brochures, flyers, forms, labels, posters, business cards, certificates, calendars, and more—each with detailed specifications for size, paper stock, color process, finishing, and quantity. Vendors must be able to start production within ten days of award and deliver items FOB destination to the requesting departments. The solicitation includes a mandatory 20 % locally‑owned small‑business participation goal and requires submission of EOC compliance forms. Two optional one‑year renewal periods are available, each allowing up to a 5 % price increase.
