VIDEOGRAPHY & POST PRODUCTIONS SERVICES

Rockland BOCES seeks a full‑service video production partner to provide on‑demand videography, drone work, live streaming, and post‑production (editing, motion graphics, audio) for its communications department, member school districts, and local municipalities over a twelve‑month period. The contractor must supply all equipment, adhere to branding guidelines, deliver final masters within five business days of each shoot, and manage an inventory of all assets. All work products become the property of Rockland BOCES, and the vendor must submit all required insurance, certifications, and fingerprinting documentation with the sealed proposal. • Provide pre‑production planning, scripting, story‑boarding, and client meetings. • Execute single‑, two‑, or three‑camera shoots, drone aerial footage, live event streaming, and on‑site teleprompter services. • Perform post‑production editing, motion graphics, audio mixing, and create pre‑roll spots (15‑, 30‑, 60‑second). • Deliver digital masters via hard‑drive or secure download within 5 business days; maintain a catalog of all footage. • Submit hourly rate schedule for each service line and an estimate of monthly hours; no separate travel or overhead charges allowed.
