STONE CREEK GOLF CLUB MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION

Clackamas County is seeking proposals from qualified golf management firms to manage, operate, and maintain the Stone Creek Golf Club and associated Clackamas County Parks walking path around the course. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a comprehensive management plan, including financial management, operations, maintenance, and customer service. The contract will be for a term of 10 years, with an option for a 10-year renewal. The evaluation criteria will include the proposer's qualifications, management plan, financial plan, local knowledge, and transition plan. • The golf course is an 18-hole championship-caliber course with a clubhouse, pro shop, event center, and driving range. • The course is located on 164.73 acres and features a Peter Jacobsen/Jim Hardy-designed course with old-growth Douglas Firs, lakes, and wetlands. • The successful proposer will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including a management plan, financial plan, and transition plan. • The evaluation committee will consider factors such as the proposer's experience, qualifications, and approach to managing the golf course. • The contract will include requirements for insurance, bonding, and performance guarantees.
