Security Operations Support Services

The Customs & Border Protection (CBP) is seeking information for Security Operations Support Services. The scope of work includes continuing the Security Operations Support Services of the incumbent contractor, with tasks such as Program Management, Cyber Defense Forensics Support, Attack Sensing & Warning Support, Cyber Incident Response Team Support, and more. The contractor will be responsible for monitoring all connections to the CBP Network and providing 24/7 coverage. The expected period of performance is approximately 60 months, with a base period of 6 months and four 12-month option periods, and one additional 6-month period. The estimated contract value is $250 million.
