Budget estimate

$300,000 – $500,000

Based on industry averages, septic‑tank pumping typically ranges $400‑$600 per unit; for 476 units that equals roughly $190,000‑$285,000. OWTS installation can run $8,000‑$15,000 per system; for 12 systems that adds $96,000‑$180,000. Adding taxes, bonding, and overhead, the total contract value is likely between $300,000 and $500,000.
