RFP# 26-0213 Tennis/Pickleball Program Contractor

The Town of Holly Springs is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive tennis and/or pickleball programming for the Parks and Recreation Department’s youth and adult recreation programs. The successful contractor will develop and deliver a comprehensive program, including instructional clinics and camps for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level participants. The contractor will be responsible for program operations and communication, including participant communication, coordination with the Department, and incident reporting. The contractor will also provide all necessary supplies and materials required to deliver instruction. Key points to consider: • The contractor will be compensated directly from the Town as a flat rate per participant or a percentage of fees collected. • The Department will collect all participant program fees. • The contractor may conduct additional marketing with prior written approval from the Department and at the contractor’s own expense. • The contract term is one year, beginning in Fall 2026, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. • The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award one contract covering all solicited services or separate contracts for specified programs.
