RFP - FMLA MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATION

The Cherokee Nation seeks a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive, secure, and user‑friendly Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) management administration platform for its Human Resources and Compliance departments. The solution must support approximately 6,700 employees, integrate with existing HR systems (INFOR/UKG), provide multi‑channel communications, ensure HIPAA‑compliant data handling, and include robust reporting and analytics. The contract will begin upon signature and run until September 30 2026 with the option to extend up to five additional fiscal years. Key deliverables include system implementation, training, 90‑day hyper‑care support, and disaster‑recovery capabilities. • Provide end‑to‑end electronic FMLA administration (including intermittent, military caregiver, and other qualified leaves). • Integrate with Cherokee Nation’s current HR/IT infrastructure and maintain ≥ 99.9 % uptime with a 4‑hour RPO. • Deliver multi‑channel employee/manager notifications, self‑service portals, and comprehensive compliance reporting. • Meet stringent security, privacy, and insurance requirements, and comply with Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) preference rules.
