The Defense Logistics Agency seeks a qualified small‑business contractor to perform smoke testing, hydro‑jetting, and CCTV inspection of the Drain‑Waste‑Vent (DWV) systems in Buildings 34 and 42 at the Defense Supply Center Richmond. The work is strictly diagnostic—no repairs are authorized—and must be completed within 60 days of a Notice to Proceed. The contract is set‑aside for 100 % small businesses, and award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
