Description
The State of Hawaii Judiciary is seeking a qualified provider to deliver adult sex‑offender treatment services for the Second Circuit (Maui, Lanai, Molokai). The contract runs July 1 2027 through June 30 2029 (two‑year term) and includes comprehensive assessment, counseling, case management, and community‑based treatment aligned with court‑directed mandates. Services must be delivered on the three islands, comply with state health‑human‑services regulations, and meet all licensing, tax, and labor compliance requirements. Proposals are submitted electronically via HIePRO; a virtual orientation on 6 Nov 2026 is optional. The award will be based on technical and cost evaluations, and the vendor must pay a mandatory 0.75 % transaction fee (capped at $5,000).
