The effort will involve data collection, analysis, validation, and the creation of actionable insights to support policy and planning initiatives.
• Deliver advanced simulation/forecasting tools for residential and commercial behind‑the‑meter PV and battery storage.
• Collect and validate California‑specific distribution‑level data to underpin model accuracy.
• Produce policy‑relevant reports and visualizations that inform CEC’s clean‑energy adoption strategies.
• Coordinate with CEC staff and possibly other stakeholders to ensure model outputs align with regulatory and market needs.
