Food Service Products: Sales, Services and Delivery for Grocery, Broadline, and Truckload Purchases

The State of Oregon is seeking proposals for the provision of food service products, including related products and services, for grocery, broadline, and truckload purchases. The contract will be for a period of approximately 5 years, from April 15, 2026, to March 26, 2031. The successful bidder will be required to provide a wide range of food products, including bread, rolls, cakes, cookies, pastry shells, donuts, fried pies, bagels, and pies. The contractor will also be responsible for providing sales, services, and delivery of these products to various locations throughout the state. • The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors, with each vendor being responsible for a specific category of products. • The successful bidders will be required to provide pricing for each product, as well as any additional charges, such as hourly or mileage costs for travel. • The contract will have a maximum annual cost, which must include all charges, and the rates quoted by the successful bidders will be firm until a specified date.
