Comprehensive Campus-Wide Security Camera and Video Management Solution for OPSU

The Office of Central Procurement, on behalf of Oklahoma Panhandle State University’s Office of Information Technology, seeks a qualified vendor to deliver a turnkey, campus‑wide security camera and video management system. The contractor must supply all hardware (cameras, mounts, NVRs, storage), required software (enterprise‑grade video management platform compatible with Hanwha Vision), complete installation, network integration, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, and ongoing support for a five‑year term. The solution will replace or augment existing campus security infrastructure and must meet university‑wide safety, data‑retention, and interoperability standards. • Provide full hardware suite (outdoor/indoor cameras, NVRs, storage, command‑center workstation, 75‑inch display). • Supply and integrate an enterprise video‑management system (Hanwha Vision Wisenet WAVE or equivalent). • Perform all installation, cabling, network design, configuration, testing, and commissioning. • Deliver training, documentation, warranty, and 5‑year support/maintenance services. • Project to be completed within roughly 12 weeks after notice to proceed, with a 5‑year contract term and optional one‑year renewals.
