Audio Visual System

The Department of Veterans Affairs in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a contractor to design, supply, install, integrate, and support a full‑scale audio‑visual system for two Learning Resource Centers (large and small). The scope includes two Cisco Webex Room Kit Pro PTZ 4K systems, associated microphones, speakers, control boxes, touch panels, lecterns, large‑format displays, networking equipment, and 12 months of post‑installation support and training. The contractor must work with existing infrastructure (re‑use of speakers, wiring, and equipment rack where feasible) and coordinate with VA IT for network connection within 60 days of equipment arrival. The contract will run through the end of 2026 with training extending into early 2027. • Provide two Cisco Webex Room Kit Pro PTZ 4K systems (large & small LRC) • Install large‑format displays (86‑inch front, 75‑inch side) and associated mounts • Supply and program control boxes, touch panels (10‑in & 7‑in), lectern, and microphones (wired, wireless lavalier, handheld) • Integrate AV system with VA Teams for simultaneous in‑room and virtual participation • Re‑use existing speakers, wiring, and equipment rack where possible • Deliver 12 months of maintenance, support, and end‑user training • Coordinate network connection to VA’s secure Cisco‑only environment within 60 days of delivery
