Frisco ISD is seeking qualified non‑professional service providers to support a broad range of school‑district functions, including professional development, training, catering, athletic services, fine‑arts clinicians, and other ancillary services. Vendors must be able to serve all district schools and facilities across Collin and Denton counties. The solicitation is open‑ended, with an initial one‑year qualification period and up to four automatic one‑year renewals (final renewal ending 5/11/2032). Multiple vendors will be selected in phases; proposals are evaluated on price, reputation, quality, fit to district needs, and long‑term cost. The district will issue purchase orders as work is needed; vendors must not provide goods or services before receiving a PO.
