Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Services

The Detroit Public Schools Community District is seeking a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to provide services for the administration of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability claims. The selected firm will be responsible for managing these claims, which includes tasks such as processing, investigating, and resolving claims. The scope of work for this project includes providing TPA services for the administration of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability claims. Key responsibilities may include: • Managing and administering Workers’ Compensation and General Liability claims • Processing, investigating, and resolving claims • Providing customer service to district employees and other stakeholders • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Providing reporting and analytics to support district decision-making The ideal candidate will have experience providing TPA services, particularly in the public sector or education industry. They will also have a strong understanding of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability claims administration, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
