Description
The VA VHA is seeking a vendor to provide electronic and/or print subscriptions to a large list of medical and scientific serials/periodicals for its Minneapolis Health Care System and associated VA facilities in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The contract will be a one‑year blanket purchase agreement (with a possible six‑month extension) covering roughly 47 titles, with full lifecycle management (ordering, renewals, claim handling, MARC record delivery, and compliance reporting). Vendors must be small‑businesses (≤ 1,000 employees) and must meet extensive DEI, security, and OFAC requirements. Offers are due by 23 Oct 2026 17:00 CT.
