Religious Ministry Program Manager (RMPM)

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide certified Religious Ministry Professionals (RMPs) to support the Commanding Officer of the Naval Consolidated Brig Charleston, Detachment Chesapeake, VA. The contractor will provide religious services, accommodations, training, and counseling to the prisoner population. The services will include regular weekly worship services, counseling, bible study, and personal growth classes, as well as coordination with other subcontractors and volunteers. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining a robust religious library and providing reports on contractor-performed services and training. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing certified RMPs to support the Commanding Officer • Offering regular weekly worship services and counseling • Coordinating with other subcontractors and volunteers • Maintaining a robust religious library • Providing reports on contractor-performed services and training The contractor will work closely with the Command Chaplain and the Programs and Services Department to provide these services.
