The U.S. Embassy in Libreville, Gabon seeks a qualified contractor to provide preventive maintenance (PM) services for its Building Automation System (BAS) under a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ. The contract will start with a one‑year base period and includes four one‑year options plus a six‑month extension, totaling up to 5½ years if all options are exercised. The contractor must be SAM‑registered, possess a TOP‑SECRET facility clearance, and provide qualified, manufacturer‑certified technicians. Scope includes semi‑annual site visits, checklist development, troubleshooting, trend and alarm configuration, backup creation, user‑account management, and delivery of detailed reports and updated as‑built documentation.
