Description
The City of Lynchburg is seeking sealed bids for the TSA Exit Lane Terminal Expansion at the Lynchburg Regional Airport. The scope includes adding an automated exit lane to the TSA security checkpoint, renovating the adjacent concessions waiting area, and constructing a new passenger elevator. Bidders must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents, FAA specifications, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with performance and payment bonds required.
